SAPS Pistol
FEG/DAM PIENAAR ENTERPRISES "SAPS" Pistol The SAPS (stands for South African Police Service) is a .7'65-Browning (a.k.a. 32-ACP) Walther PPK copy, which has been retained in service in the South African Police for plain-clothed officers and off-duty carrying until from the '60s to the '80s. The first stock of those was imported from a foreign manufacturer, FEG of Hungary, although further production was made in South Africa by a national enterprise, probably Dam Pienaar, which however made a very small number of those guns.
