KAMA 15+1 SATEN SARSILMAZ "Kama" The Turkish firm of SARSILMAZ is active since the year 1880, and since more than 15 years is engaged in the manufacture of CZ75-based selfloading pistols. Actually, SARSILMAZ is the only privately-owned Turkish manufacturer that has the capabilities to manufacture all kinds of firearms for civilian or military/police use. The SARSILMAZ pistols are in use with several Police and Military units in Turkey. This manufacturer has recently boosted its capabilities on the world market by acquiring the famous Italian gunmaking firm of BERNARDELLI S.p.A., plus recently an agreement has been signed to distribute the SARSILMAZ "Kilinç" pistols on the US market under the trademark of ARMALITE Inc. as the AR-24 (9x19mm), AR-25 (.40-S&W) and AR-26 (.45-ACP). The "KAMA" pistols brand is the latest addition to their products list, introduced at the IWA 2005 expo. This pistol is available only in 9x19mm-Parabellum/Luger/NATO caliber, with 15+1 capacity magazines, and with a wide array of slide lenghts. The side-ventilated slide is purported to prevent overheating and to reduce the overall weight.
