Grenadier, the weapon you're posting is the "Sub-machinegun for Police" shown at the 2011 CIPATE expo in Beijing, and it was developed by the Chongqing Jianshe Industry Group Ltd., not by NORINCO. There was probably a trial for a weapon of this type going on, in China. I guess the NR08 was the winner... or maybe not, since it looks like they are exporting it. I don't expect H&K to be very happy of this.
