Vittorio Emanuele di Savoia used a 30.03 caliber gun to shoot Dirk Hamer twice (once in the chest and a second time in the leg)
the @sshole used a rare collectible gun to kill highly classy [note: I'm being sarcastic] do you guys know the gun brand and model used by the @sshole?

The idiot has not even idea of what he used. Pictures of the weapon as shown from the trial clearly show a .30 M1 CARBINE!

Interesting, the wikipedia says that he used a M1 Garand rifle. Another mistake in this source?
